Heal yourself!

Say every day several times to yourself : "I am to be loved!"

Start the day with a short prayer of thanks, and also end the day with that.

Write every day 5 positive things about that day. Sometimes it can be difficult to find those 5 things. Remember yourself then also the sun that did shine that day, a beautiful flower that you did notice, or a dog or a cat that came to you to get a gentle stroke. Someone who smiled to you. A song on the radio that you enjoyed. Happiness often is found in the little things.

Make a start, to set your bounds, and dare to say no.

Always speak positive about yourself, don't pull yourself down.

Cherish your dreams. When you have a dream, an ideal, a wish, a desire: don't say: "I can't do this""or "I can't reach this goal, this level, " but: see with your imagination as if you are already there. Rejoyce yourself, and then let it go. On this way you will give it a chance, to let it come to you. By hanging on something by one's fingernails, you are obstructing this process. Train yourself in letting go, and in trusting that it will come to you, on the right time and the right place.

Don't forget: God loves you, not because of what you are doing, but because of who you are. That is Unconditional Love. Try to treat yourself and others on the same way.

Surround yourself with positive people and positive things. Read and look only to that which is uplifting your vibrations. Choose with attention your friends and companions. Look to positive TV programs, for example Hour of Power ( is broadcasting in many countries, look here to find the time for your country) or Oprah Winfrey. Only listen to positive music, for example beautiful and peaceful New Age of meditation music, or classical music from Pachalbel, Bach, Mozart, Beethoven. 

Smile! And do that often!

Ask to God, the Angels, and Jesus to guide you and to protect you, and also give thanks for that!

Ask yourself regularly: How should Jesus deal with this? ( or another master, who you hold in great admiration)

Pray often, and pray with your heart.

Visualize yourself as healthy, and immensely happy.

Read spiritual books.

Do you want to receive? Start with giving, and give with a heart full of joy.Enjoy yourself in the giving itself. That can be also immaterial things, such as kindness, love, a smile, a word of sympathy.

Practice forgiveness. Everybody sometimes makes a mistake.

Treat others how you want to be treated.

Be fair and honest, be yourself, don't act, just be yourself.

When you are having a time, that things don't go as you wish, keep in mind that it will not be forever like this: "This is just temporary, this period will also come to an end, and then I will see the sun again!" Try to accept the situation where you are dealing with, and to pass the time that it takes as positive as possible.

Enjoy nature.

Regularly take the time, to see what is living into your heart. Try to express it. If it is difficult for you, to speak it out, you can try if it works for you, to start a diary, or something creative. Find something that appeals to you, such as drawing, painting, colouring mandala's, work with clay, making flower arrangements, or writing short stories and / or poetry. On this way you can express your feelings. And that is very important in the process of healing yourself.
