Yourself

Feeling comfortable with yourself; sometimes, there
are moments in life, you don't feel comfortable
at all! It can be good, to talk with your doctor
about that, and also to choose one of the many
(alternative)therapy's that are offered.
It can be very good, to work on yourself to feel
happy again, with the help of another person.
A good therapist will always ask you, or
you have already seen your doctor.
A therapy is not creating miracles for you,
you must pull your own chestnuts out of the fire,
I want to say you with this: self-activity
is the first thing you'll need!
You must do it by youself! Nobody can
do it for you! But it can be a great help,
somebody who supports you and shows you the
pathway, when you don't see the wood for the trees.
It starts, to have the desire to be healed,
to be whole again, and to be your own best friend!
Nobody who knows you better as yourself!
Have it good with yourself, take care of yourself,
don't tease yourself with negative thoughts about
yourself!
Don't disparage yourself!
That's not the way to treat your best friend,
he/she did carry you to where you are now, and he/she
has all the difficulties of life carried
and lived through it, together with you!
With these pages in The Way of The Heart, I want
you to reach some things, which were a great help
for me on the pathway to heal myself and to become
whole again. I'll remind you, this is not a replacement
for a visit to a doctor! Always visit a doctor,
this is a support, not a replacement!
