Be your own therapist

Use your imagination. See your self in front of you, look to yourself. If there should sit someone with the same problems / difficulties as you have on this moment, what should you advice? 

Have a talk with yourself. Look to yourself, sitting in a chair in front of you, see this by using your thoughts, your imagination. 

And give advice, just as you should do that, when a very dear friend should visit you for your advice, someone who is very dear to you, and who you love very much! 

Healing your inner child

How is your past? Did you have a good childhood, do you have good memories on that time, or is there still some hidded grief and pain? You can do the same as above, with the child that you once were.

See yourself in front of you, by using your imagination, the child that you were in the past. How old is that child where you are looking at? Listen to your heart, feel, when you are travelling back in time. Go back slowly, till you are there by the right age. You will feel that into your heart, that you are there where you have to be. Make contact with that child in yourself, give it your love, and tell it, that you love him/her very much, and ask, how you can help it, ask: "What do you need?"

This is a way of healing, where I have worked with. Just take the time for this. If there are much hidden tears, as in my case, then you will have to do this often, for the healing of your inner child. But I can tell you: It really works!
