Don't say, I am not a talented person.You can try, and learn! Just start for your own pleasure!

I started with painting and drawing, when I was in the middle of the storm of a transformation process. My life has not been easy, and all the pain and tears of many years was pushing me to come out, it was feeling as a vulcano inside of me. Creativity was a great help!

This was a way, to put on paper what was going on in myself, and what I did not understand, and could not explain to other people. But when a painting was finished, and I looked at it with my heart, using my inner senses, my intuition, it was telling me something. Or the beautiful colours uplifted me. Or I was amazed, what my hand has created.

I am inspired, and I work with my heart. Very often, music inspires me. Suddenly, there is a song, which touches me in my heart. Then, I put the cd on repeat, feel the feeling, which is awoken, and I ask myself: which material, pastels, or acrylic paint, or pencils? The first thing which comes up, is the right material! Then I ask myself, which size of paper, and feel inside for the answer, and immediatly my heart answers me! After that I hold my hand above the colours, and feel, which colour to use.

And so on this way, something inside of me comes alive on paper. A message, or a hidden feeling, that has waited for many years, and now can speak herself out. A great way, to help and to heal yourself! Don't say, I am not talented! You never will know, if you never tried! You can start for yourself, for your own pleasure!

Every hidden feeling, that has the chance to come out, so that you can let it go, gives you more freedom, by making room for the Great Light of Love, and so to become whole again. The person who you really are, a being of light, who did let go all the blockades, pain and grief, and can now live her (or his) life at the fullest!
