Joy of living

In the shadow of Gods love
I have learned to lose,
and I lost so much
that finally I had nothing
to lose anymore.
Then I became a winner.
Every day I was winning.
What I won the most
was the joy,
the joy for life,
joy of living
and the joy to God
who gave me this all.
There is such a deep truth
in the paradox of  Christianity:
"The person who loses his life,
will win it.
The person who is winning his life,
will lose it."
